It was an honor to walk in such distinctive pieces for the Bay State Material World Fashion Show. The jacket, coat and hat were each hand made. These were taken just before the show and I loved the pause to capture the details and artistry before the runway. Hair and make up: 3 hours. On stage: 45 seconds a look, and it’s a wrap! Met a lot of talented people and took some great memories with me.
There’s something about Sundays that feel sacred, not just because of church, but because of the way they reset my spirit. This weekend, I started my day at service, grounding myself in prayer and gratitude, reminded once again that real strength and direction come from God.
From there, I took a slow walk through Boston Common, soaking in the shade of the trees, couples strolling hand in hand, and the hum of the city in late summer. There’s such romance in unhurried moments like that, when you realize life is more meaningful when not rushed.
Another highlight of the afternoon was slipping into another world entirely at the Boston Public Library. If you’ve ever been, you know its courtyard feels like Europe in the middle of the city. I couldn’t imagine a better setting for high tea.
Inside, the details made it unforgettable: sugar cubes tucked away in a hidden book, towers of delicate pastries and scones with cream, and teapots waiting patiently for conversation. It wasn’t just tea; it was theater, with every sip and bite a reminder of how beautiful life can be when you pause to savor it.
There’s a special kind of joy in stepping into a new season! One where the dreams you’ve been nurturing finally meet the world. This weekend marked the beginning of my book tour, and it felt surreal to sit at a table not just as a writer, but as an author.
I introduced my debut novel to readers face-to-face for the very first time! Conversations flowed, questions sparked, and I realized how much storytelling lives beyond the page in connection, in presence, and in the courage to share something deeply personal.
If you ever wondered what it would feel like to sip tea inside a Parisian jewelry box, this was it. Every detail seemed liked a girl’s dream, from the pink velvet booths, seahorse handles, and the arched European doorways.
Mariel is the kind of restaurant that makes you stop and look around before you even order. Between the soaring ceilings, the gilded chandeliers, and the lush murals, it feels more like stepping into Havana’s golden era.
The menu brings the atmosphere to life — vibrant flavors, colorful plating, and cocktails that are as artful as the space itself. From crispy starters to rich entrées, everything is layered with personality and spice.
Mariel is A little drama, a lot of flavor, and a reminder that food can be as transporting as travel.
This was an experience. A night of good food, fun details, and a reminder of why I love the art of dining out.
An evening at Seamark’s at Encore felt like stepping into a scene—elegant design, indulgent flavors, and the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to linger. From classic cocktails to fresh seafood and perfectly prepared entrées, every detail delivered.
